The color logo should be used in every situations, most printed marketing and corporate communications materials as well as web, email and exterior building signage or when the marketing-oriented one-color logo is not appropriate to use.
The one-color logo should be used when you have a dark background or printing restrictions preclude using the color logo.

Preferred logo clear space
Optional logo clear space (For use when space is limited)
It is acceptable to use less than 35px but not less than 15px clear space when space is dictated by other parties or is very restricted. But for consistency, 35px should be the preferred standard for all marketing and design applications. The logo should never bleed off page edges or be squeezed into tight spaces.
Do not warp, skew, or alter the proportions of the logo.
Do not change the colors of the logo.
Do not crop or cover the logo.
Do not rotate the logo.
Do not re-arrange, separate, or remove the elements of the logo.
Do not apply harsh shadow or stroke to the logo, even to enhanced clarity.
